A Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Chartered Mediator and Conciliator and active legal practitioner, our Principal Partner graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006. Prior to law, however, he was actively engaged several commercial pursuits. He has since been into active legal practice in several States in Nigeria, with firms including Ameh, Ameh & Co (Ogun State), LF Partners (Lagos) and Ebo Chambers (Abuja) before founding Sal Terrae Solicitors. He has attended several seminars and workshops on legal advisory and general management consultancy. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

A legal practitioner, Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, Barrister Jacob graduated from the University of Maiduguri in 2003 and was engaged in active legal practice with Odumosu & Co (Abuja) until 2007. In that year, she joined Legend Holiday Resorts and Homes Ltd, where she combined her legal duties with participation in real estate practice, building and construction, as well as the lease and sale of properties in Dubai and other commercial cities in the world. Her joining the firm marked her full return to active management and legal consultancy. Her expansive working experience in the corporate world, not limited to regulatory compliance and foreign business setup and portfolio management, is an immense asset to the firm.

Omoruyi Patrick Oghagbon was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and earned his LL.B. from Madonna University, Okija. He was an extern at the Benin City firm of Adewoye & Adewoye and an Associate in the law firm of Godwin Sunday Ogboji & Co before joining the firm. He is an acute-minded researcher who, due to his diligence, has attended court with the highest law officers in Ekiti State. He is comfortable with ICT and its nexus with law practice.

Opeke Ibukunoluwa Tosin was called to the Bar in 2016 and earned her LL.B. from the Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti. She is skilled in the law of contract and legal drafting, including joint venture and similar complex agreements. She has appeared a local and High Courts and her strength is in her keen mind for legal research and procedural law. She joined the firm in 2013 as an intern while still undergoing her law studies.

Khoni Bobai earned her LL.B. from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. A very creative and versatile counsel, her core strength includes being able to work under pressure and without supervision. She speaks excellent English, Hausa and Atyap. She joined the firm in 2018.

Adejoh Samuel Fedoje was called to the Bar in 2017 after earning his LL.B. from the Kogi State University, Anyigba. Adejo is a gifted negotiator and conciliator with exemplary ICT and advocacy skills. He is also a superior legal draftsman.

Odo Juliet Chigozie earned her BL in 2010 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. She holds a 2008 LL.B. in Civil Law from the Madonna University, Okija and has had considerable experience in the intricacies of immigration law and practice. She joined the firm in 2018.

Samuel Aondofa Apkenpuun studied law at the Benue State University, Makurdi, and was called to the Bar in 2009. He practiced as a lawyer in Katsina before relocating to Abuja and joining the firm. He is a very dependable researcher with a keen legal mind.

Ikenna is a round-styled legal practitioner with his key competencies in the General Advocacy & Litigations, Intellectual Property, Company & Corporate Practice, General Contracts and Commercial Practice Areas of the Firm. He holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.
He unwinds by playing musical instruments, watching football, poetry and short story writing.

Stephen is a seasoned legal practitioner with a strong bias in the Civil Litigations, Mining consultancy, Labour Law, Company & Corporate Practice, General Contracts and Commercial Areas of the Firm. He holds an LL.B from Kogi State University Ayangba and B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.
His hobbies includes listening to good music, dancing, traveling, watching movies, eating good food and meeting good people.
